To me, effective facilitation is mostly about effective listening, and about creating the conditions for groups of individuals to discover (or re-discover) shared values and aspirations, and how to translate them into action. I am not without opinions or ideas, but experience has led me to believe that the road to sustainable, positive action is best paved by the people who will be traveling it over the longer term. In that context, I see myself as a guide and occasional mapmaker.

Facilitation clients have included the A New Direction, Creative Partnerships, Paul Hamlyn Foundation, RSA Academies, the Refugee Legal Service, and the Swedish International Liberal Centre.
